We offer dry mounting service on Foamcore, Mighty Core, Gator Foam and Sintra Board.

Foamcore

Foamcore is the least expensive backing material. It is smooth and lightweight. Not suitable for long term displays because foamcore is susceptible to moisture and can bend or curl. Excellent for use in aluminum frames.

Jet Mount

Jetmount is medium-duty foam board. This foam board uses standard clay coated liners, but the extruded foam is enhanced for hardness and rigidity. In addition, JetMount foam board is a full 1/4" thick. Jetmount foam board was developed to satisfy the demand for an economical rigid sheet for mounting ink jet media. JetMount foam board also has excellent screen printing properties. Available with heat-activated or pressure sensitive surface for mounting.

Gator Foam

Gator Foam is excellent for long-term indoor applications. Gator Foam is more rigid than Mighty Core, higher tolerance to moisture but edges can become sharp after trimming. Excellent for aluminum, wooded and composite frames.

At the heart of Mighty Core is a  multilayer composite of extremely  dense and durable foam that resists  crushing and denting.

Sintra Board

Sintra Board is excellent for long-term indoor/outdoor applications. It is a lightweight yet rigid board of moderately expanded closed-cell polyvinyl chloride (PVC) extruded in a homogenous sheet with a low gloss matte finish. Superior dent and scratch resistance. Available in 3mm(1/8") and 6mm(1/4") thicknesses.
